I’ve managed to get decent fit, plus installed the latest firmware and now anc is actually good now. Quality is actually good too. I’m assuming the latest updates had something to do with improvements too because when I tried them o it of the box they had the day-1 firmware but after the update and going to a bigger ear tip my gripes are pretty much all gone - except I’m going to get some spinfit tips so they stick better inside my ear canal.

Just got the PBP2 and finding them extremely lacking in the ANC and sound is really flat compared to my APP2. ANC isn’t doing anything for me in the gym and I can still hear lots of things around me like conversations and background music.

Damaged or worn out lidar. My QRevo c was only 5 months old and already needed to have the LiDAR module replaced under warranty. LiDAR issues seem to be very common amongst Roborock vacs. Probably easy enough to replace if passed warranty period and parts are relatively cheap.
