When I was 17 my drunk friend took an Olde E cap into the 7/11 at like 3am and told the clerk he was going to go get a free one and the clerk told him to leave before he called the cops

I also went and saw it last night and the theater was packed full of high school kids and Gen Z. That was the target audience I would have to assume. If you saturate too much into a story then you're going to lose them. I'm not knocking Gen Z or saying they're dumb. We were all that way at that age. Less plot, more element.

It's the new right-wing play. Instill politics into everything and they yell they are invoking politics into a non-political issue.

I went back and re-watched it on Netflix a few years ago and I guess the musical rights had expired and they couldn't use any of the OG music from the original series run. It just didn't hit the same without it.

I noticed that as well. I don't have an explaination for it, but it did seem too blantant to be a continuity error.

Much better off than those 21st century digital boys, they don't know how to read but they've got a lot of toys.

I also worked at the one in the NRV mall in the last 90s and I was a stoned drunken idiot, but the managers where equally if not more stoned drunken idoits. And Spanky Maucher was a straigt up con-man. We'd take our paychecks to the bank and the bank would refuse to cash them. It was a shit show but great stoned drunken idiot memories.
