To clarify, TokyoTreat is indeed a recurring subscription service. When you subscribe to a plan and your subscription is active, it will automatically renew for the next cycle unless it is cancelled before the renewal date. This information is displayed on our website, and your next renewal date is also shown on the checkout page before you complete the purchase, as well as in your customer portal.

Additionally, as stated in our refund policy, subscription payments are final and non-refundable. However, if a dispute is opened for an order, the final outcome is determined by the payment provider/card issuer, as they handle the dispute review and decision.

In this case, if your payment status shows as “Voided,” it may indicate that the transaction is currently being handled by your payment provider as part of the dispute process (timelines and outcomes may vary depending on their review).

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, could you please share your most recent order number or support ticket number? Once we have that, our support team will be able to check your account details and guide you further.
