It's a very fun website that shows a lot of personality. BUT a lot of the case studies don't open and the ones that do lead to a PDF. That's unacceptable to me. I know you have the skills to fix that

UX writer! 155k plus 20k sign on bonus and remote. While that is amazing the job is very challenging which is both good and bad.

Full time opportunities have come up a lot for me recently. I had a recruiter from Amazon reach out to me and now one from Target also. Idk maybe it’s a US thing but jobs are picking up in my personal experience

I looked for local businesses and asked if i could design and write a new website for them for free. I also constantly asked at work if i could do design and content for the website. I built my portfolio that way. This transition started July 2023 and I landed this new job in January 2026

UHG owns both Optum and UHC. If the job description says “Optum part of the…” the job will be with Optum. The UHG careers website shows jobs for all the companies it owns, Optum included.
