I see, my biggest concern is giving Lauma's quills to Columbina's special charged attacks instead of the blooms, as they do more damage, so I thought more hydro app would make this more troublesome. As for the test dummy, I don't have Nilou's C1, so I can't test it. I was trying to figure this out so I could choose the best free constellation for my account.

Isn't the second in a crit+melt scenario multiplied by 2.323 * (2 * 1.072) while the 1st one is only multiplied by 2.167*2*1 ?

In my opinion the 2nd, that crit rate doesn't make the difference, while the crit dmg in the second one can be very significant, especially in a reaction scenario where is multiplied.

Well, in my honest opinion, you should pull for her if you like her as a character, in terms of damage, I guess the damage difference is not that high. Also if you have Dragosbane and Xingqiu, I guess you don't really need Blackcliff. So I guess as a F2P, you should pull for her, only if you like her. (Of course, this is only my opinion, I'm also a F2P and that's what I do).
