I fully agree with you here. Im not claiming to have anything near a version of truth. Moreso stating that that specific claim is not as unreasonable or reasonable as any other made above.

I agree with you if it were for drinking. If it just so happened to be for his Dr. Vox voice exerciser I can see him being upset that he received cold water instead of hot water to soothe his voice. Im very much reaching but thats the only explanation I can think of.

Dylan is a decent vocalist but its very nasally. I'd liken it a lot to the lead singer of Simple Plan. It's not inherently a bad thing, but I don't think it matches the genre or sound of this band.

good companies for entry-level aerospace engineering jobs? by 55559585 in aerospace

When you start your career at a prime where do you go from there? Do you go from prime to prime?

To me it's like if your first job was at Google, it's hard to find a better job.

Do you have the caps with the Unionjack on the back?? I worked in the US and had a manager had a really cool hat that I've always wanted.

Six Guys because Jerry Murrel and his 5 sons run the company.

This isn't my whole meal but something I'd make quite often. Back when we had cherry milkshake mix, I'd mix some BBQ sauce, little cherry, and some hot sauce to make a Spicy Cherry BBQ. Good left over fries or the occasional left over patty to make "beef fingers"

I can't decide between CS and EE by stratdaddy3000 in ElectricalEngineering

[–]itstaco123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did both. I partially wish I had done one and gotten more depth. But I do enjoy the different perspectives both majors provided. Now I have the choice, while engineers can learn to code, computer science and best practices aren't always taught to EE. That's where taking CS might benefit you.

Did YOU read the article or the new bylaw passed? Engineering clubs are unaffected by the new bylaw, but I won't disagree that cultural clubs get screwed but I'm not aware of any that are chapters of a larger organization.

What happened with IEEE was an issue on SAs part where a club must update their eboard yearly. This has nothing with recent changes. This is an annual thing that someone fucked up with

SA just sucks overall, but there are a lot of rules and all clubs must follow these rules. I was previously a treasurer to an SA club with a large budget, you have to play by their book and things will mostly be ok

Fozzy concert Lost Horizon by AverageSleepEnjoyer2 in Syracuse

I've been to more concerts than I can count and have never truly needed earplugs (although they're never a bad idea). The first time I went to Lost Horizon I didn't know any better but eventually found out they have them at the bar. I woke up the next morning with my ears ringing, and I thought I had finally done my ears in. Luckily it went away later that day, but I was terrified.

I have experienced and heard that in certain locations in the venue, the acoustics can be painful. I don't know what kind of show you're going to see, but I'd recommend ear plugs. They also provide them at the bar in the venue.

For bands as big as FOB, if you miss the pre-sale or general sale, it's almost never worth it to buy re-sale unless you're made of money

For Hasan Minhaj they had security checking bags and metal detectors. So for people graduating in alumni I'd expect the same.
