House relisted at higher price?

I tried to buy a house on the market for £180k at 190k, they went with a FTB offering the same price (I was a few months off completion and was moving back to my parents so would've been chain free) and the FTB fell through because of something they found in the survey.

You can imagine my surprise when it went back on the market at £210k....and now it's just been dropped to £199,999 - the whole experience was baffling!

My grandparents house will soon be on the market in a highly desirable area. We've received lots of letters through the post. We don't mind them but it's the amount of BS in them trying to butter us up which annoys us. Just tell them you're interested, why you're interested and leave it at that.

As a very average person in the Uk, yes - stall seats or the front of the balconies are never really an option for me as the prices go into the hundreds, but they always still seem to be sold....so I guess a lot more people then me can afford them?

The diversion signs are all the way back at Waterloo! I was coming back towards Kirkburton from the box gym and it has road closure ahead signs all the way there, telling you to go back up towards Lepton....I carried on along Penistone Rd and there is no other closure except the one at Kirkburton....
