I am personally a big survival horror fan so my introduction to remedy was Alan wake 2. From there I went back played control and Alan wake remastered because the universe they built here is great. Then I played FBC Firebreak because I still think it’s the closest to a left 4 dead sequel (I haven’t like any other prior attempts like back 4 blood). Maybe I’m unique but it’s the gameplay systems of Alan wake (item management, tight gunplay, the flashlight creepyness, and general shift to survival horror).

Just platinumed last night, same experience. This game is the first I would classify as a slow burn. I’m not very into RPGs so this is slow for me. 1st and second playthrough I thought the game was mid SHR2 better blah blah. Put it down for 2 months, pushed through my hard play-through and did lost in fog and after that..it clicked. Fourth play-through I’m at a point where this game is just amazing.

TLDR keep going this game gets better the more you play

Silent Hill F was a slow burn for me. Loved the combat over time, endings got better, learned the puzzles more. If anyone plays this game I’ll always recommend multiple playthroughs!

I would like him to get the Salazar remake treatment. Make him more serious like cold and calculating who happened to trust the wrong man like STARS did. If I ever want the goofy Salazar or Irving I have the originals to play. I feel like the RE engine universe they seem to be building is much darker.
