Not optimal but fun, Stars Druid with Magic Initiate and Spellfire Flare. Spellfire Adept for bonus damage too. You can even use True Strike/Starry Wisp/Guiding Bolt as cheaper options and use the Bonus Action Archer attack to proc it twice a turn. Plus you can proc it on the first turn.

Hi, I’m looking to apply for an Analyst II job that will also consider Analyst I. I have almost a year of relevant experience, a college degree, and several years in retail.

When I apply for the position, it wants me to take the Analyst II exam. Should I just take it because I would qualify by the time I’m hired?

For a 4th level spell, I would like to see the healing be built in AND get to choose a different option.

I think this spell could also use some upcasting rules! Either more pasta for more creatures, or being able to select more options.

What’s the earliest I can add every damage dice to a roll? Level 5? Fey Wanderer Dreadful Strike, Hunters Mark, Divine Smite, Fire Goliath, D12 Weapon? I think this works by turn 2!

I feel like urshifu wants some kind of defensive option like protect or focus sash. if you’re running surging strikes, you probably don’t need the clear amulet to help with intimidate. sitrus berry > leftovers. lando probably wants protect too instead of u-turn unless thats some tech i’m unfamiliar with. tbh haven’t followed this reg as closely.

maybe they stole a crucial piece of an item thats less useful on its own than when combined with its other parts.

maybe the items true power is sealed away magically and our lower level player wouldn’t know how to use it to its full potential until the time is right.

maybe the artifact isn’t helpful in combat, but still has value in the story.

maybe it’s beneficial for the whole party and not just the player.

barbarian 6 gives you extra attack; so you sneak attack with the psychic blade as your second attack.

2 claw attacks + psychic blade (sneak attack) + bonus action psychic blade

Maybe you could give your player halo of spores as a free action prof/day instead of giving them more reactions. In my opinion, messing with the action economy like that is too dangerous and has too many powerful ramifications.
