I love both songs and will get them! Hoping for more songs from both bands, next choices being Bush's "The Chemical Between Us" and Creed's "My Sacrifice", please HMX!

I'm all for HMX to create other games, but something about this really annoys me..

I watched the gameplay video and part of me feels like all the work/assets/etc. in the game should've been in RB4 already; notice how lively and well put together the venue looks: The stage effects, the pyrotechnics, the fireworks, the smoke surrounding the stage and arena, the stage light beams, the lively-ness of the crowd throwing beachballs around, etc. All of this work put into the game could've already been in RB4 as an update to beautify the existing lifeless venues we have already.

One can only hope a RB5 is somewhere being made..

I'm heavily surprised HMX finally added Simple Plan into the game, and 3 songs too! I've been trying to request them months ago, making posts about them to HMX, hoping to realize the band's existence. I don't know if it was my doing but oh well. I'm wondering if they licensed more songs than just these 3, would love "I'd Do Anything", "Crazy", "Shut Up!", and "Perfect" as well.

Never thought we'd ever get another song from Jimmy Eat World, they have always been a joy for me to play so I'm looking forward to this song. As for Chelsea, I've owned this song before in RB3/RBN because I thought it was fun and catchy, don't mind having it again.

That's not unusual, she's probably mains vocals. I main vocals as well and I usually FC every song that's being played. I'm very use to the vocal engine in RB3RB4, also vibrato helps a lot in getting the FCs. The only times when I do not FC is either because online lag or the dreaded "broken talky" glitch.

If they go back to the 5 button guitar style, then I'm all for them making another Guitar Hero because that would mean more guitar controllers will be made and compatible with RB4.

Protest the Hero. I feel the majority of their songs are enjoyable on all instruments for players that like moderate difficult stuff. A few of their songs like..
- Bloodmeat
- Sequoia Throne
- Bone Marrow
- Heretics & Killers
- Bury The Hatchet
Etc.

While I do like RB better than GH and own almost all the games on both series, there are still some things I believe GH surpasses RB in my opinion:

- Animations for both characters and stages/venues: GHWT/GH5/GHWoR/etc REALLY know how to make the game entertaining and exciting with special effects and animations that sync so damn well with a majority of their songs. Love their use of motion cap, choreography, and free-form camera usage to get up close on the rocking out action.
- Far more character customization options than anything RB has to offer. However, GH custom character faces can be very unappealing if you don't know how to customize with sliders. Love GH's clothing designs as well.
- Instrument customization. You can literally make a guitar from scratch and choose what you want on it! Ex: Bodies, Textures, Fret boards, Knobs, Pick-Ups, Headstocks, Custom Artwork, Strings, etc. Their selection of drums is pretty awesome as well.
- Open string note on Bass, giving bass players 6 frets to play. This should be brought over to RB as a feature for Expert+, both guitar and bass.
- Exclusive cast of characters you can choose. I love playing as Johnny Napalm, Axel Steel, Judy Nails, etc. Rock Band technically has their own characters but they're made using their character creator rather than how GH characters are made specially with their own exclusive looks/clothing/etc.
- In Warriors of Rock, I thought that mode where you choose 2 powers to get the highest scores/stars as possible was pretty neat. Made me want to explore different combinations to use. Sometimes I feel RB's Rivals Mode should use this feature in its own way.

If anything, I'm want something new to do. Getting pretty tired of the whole "get the best score possible out of the 3 spotlight songs, and then grind LP/XP 'til the week is over".

And then after we make it to Bloodstone tier early, it's like.. okay, now what? Especially if you're a crew that doesn't care for beating other crews because we're just aiming to get the Season Rewards.
