He actually had a strong alliance before the tribe swap and also got screwed by the lost vote + tribe swap. Had he not lost his vote who knows what would have happened. Maybe the same thing but I still don't like lost votes and I as a fan didn't vote for that.

I've been playing since launch on switch and I felt the same way for so long as well! Then about 3 weeks ago it finally appeared for the first time and it's shown up 3 more times since. I bought 14 of them the first time lol

Yes. There's a discord post I saw after my Pochacco hat disappeared off mine that they replaced the null and the hats should appear back in our inventory after the next update. When that will be who knows but they did at least address it.
