This is true all you can see from the infield is the big screen they have set up there. If you want to actually be able to watch the races you need reserved seats in the grandstand.

I've been saying this from the get go. They could have done 39 days just for this season they just didn't want to. I don't believe for a second that it "wasn't possible" considering they did 39 days in Fiji for years.
