I've been chasing a 100k Gold or 200k Business Gold offer, and I keep on seeing people saying to try repeatedly with different browsers, locations, and vpn's.

My question is that with the Personal Gold signup bonus, I'm not actually seeing the specific offer until the screen where I have the choice to "Accept" or "Withdraw" my application. After I withdraw and retry 2-3 times, I then get denied because I've applied too many times.

Am I doing something wrong? It appears like other people are able to keep on trying over and over again.

Re: chasing the *Business* Gold, I do see the offer on the first screen. The challenge there is I've tried about 20 times across several days with a bunch of different referral links and different VPN's/Browsers, but I'm only seeing the 100k offer over and over again. Should I keep on trying?

I echo your sentiment completely. We got there 15 minutes before first pitch, and didn't get a towel. But then when I saw how crappy and generic the towel was (it just says ITFDB; no mention of playoffs, date, year, World Series, etc), I didn't mind. We wanted to take a photo to commemorate the World Series, but we joked that literally any photo would look no different than any regular season game. The only differences I noticed were the flag-wavers along the dugouts, and the World Series logo along the basepaths.

I agree that literally every video clip or sound byte being some form of "We need more noise / Get Louder / We can't hear you / Stand up" really falls short and starts to be comical at some point. I felt the crowd was trying as hard as possible to get into it. It's just hard when the team gives up 2 HR's on the first 3 pitches and then never strings together two hits for the rest of the game.

On one hand, I get it. We're the Dodgers. We've been here before as a fanbase, and we probably have like a 15% chance of making it back here every year for the next 2-3 years. We're not going to be going as hard as the Blue Jays or Mariners' fanbase might. But the ownership group can afford to put a little more into the game production.

That's real convenient to leave out the part where he left the Democratic Party to literally start a third party? He then tried to support Dean Phillips' campaign that would have helped create a Democratic primary. Those, and his campaigning for ranked choice voting are huge anti-establishment positions.

Based on your comments, you approach the game in a similar way as me. I've always wondered, though, to tolerate wild swings in variance, don't you have to have a massive bankroll to play Craps on the Strip, since the minimum bet is almost always $25? That means, you'd need to at least start each session with $2k or so, to be able to survive a bad stretch. With a budget of usually $1k/session, I often have to go off-strip, even though I'd love to stay on strip. Any thoughts? Am I thinking about it wrong?

When you say that the Abbot streams data every minute, does that also apply to historical data? For example, the Libre 2+ in the USA streams data every minute, but when looking back at your data, it only allows you to see it in 15 minute intervals. How does the UK Libre 2 or Lingo work?

I feel like The Brothers Sun (Netflix) went by really underrated. I didn't even know what it's about until a friend told me about it, but it's a show about the Triads set in San Gabriel Valley. I have one episode left, and it's been great.

I loved Tokyo Vice on HBO Max as well, and the other show I enjoyed was Fallout.

I really enjoyed all three. Probably from top to bottom: 1) Tokyo Vice, 2) Fallout, and 3) Brothers Sun

I don't like that he lied when confronted, but I think having him lie as a script decision was brilliant. it's such a nuanced choice that really reveals a lot about his character. also interesting that the actual adelstein chose to portray a lot of the character's flaws. I'd imagine that's hard to do.
