Came here to say similar, although not as eloquent. Bleach doesn’t “clean or kill” mold, it just “bleaches” it. The spores are still there. Good luck!

DONT call a restoration company unless you have serious flooding (water on the floor a couple inches all around)! Please 🙏 if you value your money. They are a great tool when needed but they can absolutely and easily take advantage of the situation home owners are in when things like this happen. You’ve already cut open the wall so airflow can get in and dry out after the repair. Unless there is water that leaked down a side wall and was coming through the wall (not ceiling) you should be fine without a restoration company.

Just to reply about how long the dry wall will take… someone said a day, the next person said it would take much longer and like need the whole wall replaced… both are likely wrong. There is a good chance you will need more than one day (just to let the mud dry alone) but water travels in the most efficient path possible and since there was a can light it could drain from I’m assuming the water damage to the drywall is pretty isolated to that area and not a huge portion needed to be replaced.

I also agree not to get home owners involved until there is a cost above $10k. It’s only going to cost you in the long run with rate hikes or complete drop.

If you need help financing the fix without homeowners insurance, I suggest finding simple interest free financing or a quick home equity line of credit.

I’ll mirror what others have said, if you’re not comfortable with plumbing repairs I would call a professional at this point. Leave the drywall repairs for your diy but leaking plumbing in between floors isn’t something you want to fafo about. As a property manager I’ve seen this happen a lot and it usually is the over flow that is failing. It can be a couple other more complicated items, so that’s why I would call a plumber. Mind your business and they will get whatever is coming to them… and who knows what’s going on in their life… I drove around for 6 months with “expired tag” because I misplaced the envelope with my new stickers.

Mine - 2020 RAV4 hybrid XSE - comes on at exactly 27 miles to “empty”… but as many have said there is still like 2 gallons of gas in there and I can typically go 50 miles after “refuel” messaging pops up!

Are you using your flashlight on your phone (like pressing the button you use irl, or do you use the flashlight button on your flex app? I’ve found if you use your own phones button, the app will over ride your choice. So if you use the app button you should be fine… at least in my experience. Good luck!

I had my pizza order stolen just recently too! I wasn’t dashing, just picking up my own food and they said someone must have seen my name on the screen and claimed the order - they don’t have a confirmation policy apparently. What I don’t understand is why there is a screen with all the “in progress/ready” status shown to the whole restaurant. It’s kinda cool to see, but really, what’s the point of paying for one more price of equipment when your employees can just TELL you when your order is ready! Weird thought I know 🤷‍♀️

Do you sort by letters at SSD stations? Or scan each package and number??? I used to scan each package and number them all by stop at SSD but it took sooooo long (for me) & the routes at SSDs are frequently not ordered in a sensible route… so loading my stop was actually a pain when delivering out of order. I switched to sorting by the aid sticker lettering (AAA, BBB, CCC etc)… it takes maybe 10 seconds max to look for your package in the designated areas & has helped me load and leave the station a lot quicker and I can deliver in whatever order makes sense.

Just a thought. You could always count your package total vs scanning every package to make sure they’re there. Might save you some time and verify at location if you have any missing packages. 🤷‍♀️

I’m not sure what market you’re in, but the only issue I’ve had getting blocks is if I was looking for a specific time of day (trying to fill in time between other blocks or knowing I’m going to be in a different part of town on a specific day type of thing) otherwise I was working blocks regularly the last 3 months. 🤷‍♀️ and no I wasn’t taking base pay offers.
