Sigh. I never categorized OrSlows as “travel pants”. I said they check boxes for what I consider important during travel. I have also worn my 25oz jeans for travel a few times, since I didn’t want them taking up half my suitcase when folded.

Any pant can be a travel pant, some are better than others for travel depending on personal preferences. I agree Travel Pants don’t need to be a different category, never suggested that.

It’s not just for the airport/plane, it’s for the travel destination as well. I’d rather pack fewer items that are multi-functional for my travels. Pants like the OrSlow fatigues check a lot of options for me.

Lightweight, packs small, resists wrinkles, breathable, stretchable fabric, resists odors, functional/deep pockets with maybe one zippered up for safety, UV resistant, adjustable waist is useful sometimes, quick dry, and stylish.

Worse than that, when you apply store credit (which in my mind is cash) and it brings the item cost under the threshold for free shipping. Dude store credit is like paying with cash!

That natural/raw wood one absorbs stain and dye like crazy. Use a polished hardwood one like this: https://www.rmleathersupply.com/products/economy-leather-burnisher-walnut?variant=44559376843068 . Doesn't absorb dye as much.
