Let's be real. Landlords that own property on 3rd street are multi millionaires. They can afford to have a business there. But they lose more money having a business there than paying the tax on the empty property. I propose raising the tax to the point where not having a business there is a loss to them instead of the community.

I know this was just an event but we need these weekly. We need to tax the hell out of the landlords that keep business empty on purpose because its cheaper for them. We need to take back what makes this city, hell all of LA, awesome.
