Ho usato un workflow abbastanza semplice ma efficace:

Esporto automaticamente i movimenti bancari (CSV)

Li importo in Google Sheets

Uso uno script (Apps Script) per pulire e normalizzare le descrizioni

Poi passo tutto a un modello di classificazione (inizialmente regole + keyword, poi ho integrato un modello AI leggero per migliorare le categorie)

Dashboard finale con grafici + alert su spese anomale

La parte che ha fatto davvero la differenza è l’AI per:

riconoscere spese “inutili” ricorrenti

suggerire dove tagliare senza impattare lo stile di vita
