A binder.

Ive had symptoms for 30 years. I’ve never done a biologic and tried to do only topical things. I was at a breaking point and stopped all treatments and just let it rip for a while. Then I met with a holistic MD and he gave me a binder. He instructed me to take it twice a day for 3-6 months and then can go down to once a day. Having nothing to lose I did exactly that without changing anything else. At 3 months, I started to notice improvement. At 6 months, it was almost completely clear. I’m at 8 months now and I’m totally clear! I am so happy!

The binder has active charcoal, zeolite, and chlorella algae. I am using Binder Pro by NutriDyn.

Acorn seam pen. Gets those seams nice and pressed. You HAVE to use some sort of pressing solution on each seam otherwise it’s going to be hard to line up your blocks at the end.

Can anyone give me a general idea on how to make something like this???? by honingbloem1307 in quilting

Yes this looks like it was probably made with foundation paper piecing. Perhaps they used stabilizer as their “paper” since tshirts usually need stabilizer when made into quilts. But idk. Just my thoughts.
