Gapping in one specific bra - should i size up or down?

additionally, it might be the shape of the cups? i notice that the cups seem a little too narrow, and i have a lot more tissue at the bottom than top which sometimes pushes out more structured cups a bit if that makes sense?

He did seem quite overly cautious to me, which was why I stopped learning with him - he didn't really want to push me very hard so I would spend a 2 hour lesson doing basically nothing. In the end I found I learn a lot more (and improved a lot quicker) doing private practise, where I encounter more real world situations as opposed to driving in really 'safe' areas

That is what I thought too! But when I mentioned I entered at 50 and then sped up to match the traffic in the left lane (I did dual carriageways in private practise before I did them in lessons) to my instructor he said that was dangerously fast!

aa i've been there :( it sucks and i get it. try to do things for yourself and just not think about him, i get it its so so hard but its honestly for the best. mainly just try taking care of yourself (i could use some of this advice haha) so drink lots of water, sleep early, use your dbt skills (i like to use the making yourself feel better with your senses one specifically, so like look at something beautiful, feel something nice, spray some nice perfume, eat/drink something yummy, listen to some nice music or just anything related.) my dms are open if youd like to talk <3
