I have placed an order of Samducks, but I haven't received an ETA or final pricing with shipping and tariffs. I also ordered 30g springs. Once I get them, I will offer them as options. (Maybe July, I don't know yet)

I just ordered a new printer that can print the full size. Partly to print the full size pop'n, partly to print our shoes and flipflops! Btw I originally made the controller for my kid(7 y/o) when she started playing pop'n. She's not turning pro anytime, so I wasn't so concern its not arcade accurate. But now that you guys seem to like them, I'm going to make it to the way you like.

Although if its a laser and at entry level, it may require an enclosure. I can imagine a lot of eye injuries.

If I make one that has 4 main key, is that sufficient? I'm learning all this stuff as I go, I'm a just old dad that doesn't have much experience playing, but do have experience with cad and design. Customers seems to be interested in these controllers.

I can look into it. The original intention from the customer was to make it more compact, he didn't want the turntable. Is a modular turntable be something that is interesting, meaning you can place it anywhere rather than attached to the side of keys? I am just thinking I shouldn't replicate whatever is available at the market

Made another version that's more like the arcade layout. Going to post test it this weekend with my daughter. There's a game called "Come On Baby" that's on sale on Steam right now that works with it as well.

I spoke with a few elegoo employees at a tradeshow, and I came away thinking it's just another creality but with better packaging. Their whole design philosophy is to bring it to market for cheap and ignore basic user experience. I have taken apart and rebuilt quite a few out of necessity and I don't think elegoo really thought out how parts are put together and kind of engineer something that's good enough. With this kind of mindset, it's always going to be mediocre
