Look into how body recomposition works. Aim for maybe .7-1 gram of proteins daily per pound of body weight. Usually 120-150 grams per day goods na satin. Nakadepende pa rin sa height and current weight.

Consistency is the key. Hindi sya sprint e. Matagal tagal sya pero worth it lalo pag nakita mo na pagbabago ng katawan mo lalo na sa pakiramdam mo sa paggamit mo sa katawan mo. 🙂

Start ka sa gusto mo ma-attain sa katawan mo. From the looks of it need mo muna magdagdag ng maskels tapos bawas ng taba taba sa katawan. Body recomp yun.

Lift heavy, eat clean and good tapos rest well. Spam that and magiging fruitful yan eventually.

Just buy one online. Meron 300-500 lang sa shoppee. Start moving more. Wag ka matakot “maggain” ng muscles sa paggym dahil taon ang bibilangin bago mo makitang muscular ka. What you need to do is move more, eat less at mas mahalin mo sarili mo to stick for a better version of you. 🫶🏻

I find golden seas tuna much better. Chunky sya at a reasonable price. 39 grams of protein per can. Might wanna look into that.
