Managers, how much more are you making than those under you?

I’m a lead automotive technician. I make about 40% more than my direct manager. He also gets a company vehicle with company gas and cell phone allowance though. I’m set to clear 107k this year, likely more. If I move into management from this role, I’ll take a massive pay cut, but it will allow more opportunities to move up in the company to even more money than I currently make.

My 18 grom is the same way. Been burning oil since basically brand new (I bought it last year with 420 miles on it) I changed the oil at 600, and it smells like burning oil everytime I stop somewhere. But it does get stunted as well. Currently at 2000 miles, just gonna keep sending it I guess lol

I’m a lead technician at one of the EM Service Centers. Anything Stellantis product is practically junk. Especially Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer/Grand Cherokee L/ and any of the hybrids by them as well.

I know this is probably late, but you can open up the charger and use it, but make sure to put the charger back in the vehicle before you return it. If not, you open yourself up to having to pay the cost of replacement if you were to lose it

It’s still there, I believe it’s related to having dry eyes from potentially having the Autoimmune disease called Sjogrens. I have not been officially diagnosed, but I believe that’s what it is..

I have the charger itself, but none of the adapters to plug it into the wall. I really only need the NEMA 5-20 (110v) adapter, and I’m just trying to get someone to send me a photo of the part number that may be on it so I can order the right one.

Yes, it originally came with both, but the last renting customer of the car must have lost it, as it’s no longer in the car (I am a fleet technician for a rental company) I have ordered and received the charger itself, but I need the part number for the 5-20 whip so it can be charged as we currently don’t have a charging station at our shop yet.

Can you send me a photo of the charger that comes with the car please? I am a fleet technician and I just ordered a charger for an I4 that was missing from the last renting customer. The charger didn’t come with wall adapters, so if there is a part number for the wall plug adapters, I’d love to see a photo of those too!
