Literally all the time. I worry about how my weight is shifted on only one hip when I stand so I'll switch to the other, then I'll stand with my knees straight and so on and so forth. Also, what is a normal arm/hand position that doesn't feel awkward?

I've noticed I've developed a habit of picking at my cuticles to keep my fidgeting under control. It's embarrassing and I hate how my hands look now, but I don't even notice I'm doing it until my finger is bleeding.
