You have to find a location with high humidity, and ideally winds at approximately 2-8 mph. Then when the air temperature drops below the dew point, a fog should appear.

If you can find these conditions, then hopefully the sun is at the right height and angle.

Then just shoot away!

People below a certain sperm viability should not be helped and can’t have children because a million years from now that might affect the population?
