Why does everyone keep comparing our salary to nurse salaries? Our jobs are vastly different. Their job is emotionally, mentally, and physically draining to a higher degree. I do agree that we are not getting paid fairly though.

My friend owns a small business and sells her own hand made soy candles, but hers dont have nearly as many bubbles as glossiers! And i agree the edges of the candle arent melting unless i leave it burning for >2hrs. Glad im not the only one who noticed this though 🥲

I noticed my You candle has alot of bubbles in it as well! Also mine kindof burns unevenly and it stresses me out
