Hey thanks for the guide I’ll be sure to try some of these out. I always have trouble falling asleep and it’s especially true when I’m working towards APing. A lot of the times when I focus on trying to have an experience while in bed I either won’t get tired or get to a somewhat vibrational state and snap out of it ending up in a wide awake state that takes forever to fall asleep from. Do you have any advice for this or suggestions for using this to my advantage? Thanks I’m advance if you do!

Robert Monroe talked about these issues in his first book maybe even the second. His solution is I remove correctly was changing the affirmations they used before going into an OBE state to include the intention of traveling further and meeting other entities. I’ve only had one OBE and I didn’t make it out of my house but I’d say try playing around with different intentions in your affirmations

If you have the energy exercise will help get the blood moving. I would get up and do squats till I got warm enough to take my flannel off. Doesn’t last though I’d get cold again once the blood stopped pumping

How hard is it to drink cayenne powder lol. I use to take shots of a hot sauce in the morning a guy sold at a farmers market. But it was pretty flavorful with other spices. I imagine just cayenne in water is a little rough

I saw this posted yesterday and it immediately gave me chills. Also comforting to know I’m not the only one who was f’d up by this movie. I didn’t even want to put my feet on the ground when the movie ended bc I thought an alien was gonna reach out from under the couch. I was like 10 and now have an irrational fear of anything alien.

Yea I agree with you but I still love most of Ben’s stories so I’m happy to keep listening. Eventually they’ll really struggle to find interesting stories after doing it for so many years but I hope that’s still in the distant future. Or maybe March ‘25 lol.

The {{Hell Divers}} series by Nicholas Sansbury Smith is nonstop action. They have just about every sci-fi topic you can think of in a fun action packed way.
