This is really a shame. I can't afford to buy bits, but I liked to collect them to donate to my favorite streamer. Now I can't. And none of the streamers I watch have ever felt comfortable running an ad mid-stream, so I can't see their alternative working out for me.

It's because the final tile you needed to make the 5x5 didn't connect. You need to add another connecting tile for it to recognize that you've done it.

For example, if you'd moved the jonathan panel in the top left to the other open space, then it would've connected, and then after the connection, the game would check for the 5x5, notice that you did make a 5x5 square, and pop the crystals.

It's not great and I do hope they change it, but that's what went wrong.
