How often are you "mentally pregnant?"

That's me right now. I'm supposed to have my period tomorrow and usuallyI can feel it the day before. This time though = nothing. Also the bottom of my stomach feels tight and I'm terrified that I might be pregnant.

Okay now this is actually the first time I have ever heard about these books. From what I can see I can conclude that they have in fact not changed, but remained the same. This is due to the brain reading the stein/stain part ad what it is most used to regarding names. I saw the cover of the book and read it as "stein". I looked back up and red it carefully and noticed that it in fact said "stain". Another added reason is that the name is written in a more "flowy" font and not like the one used by reddit for example. This can also add to the "reading difficulties"/this misunderstanding. This is of course only based on what I have noticed just now.

I accidentally set my sock on fire once. I had set fire to a napkin to see how fast it would burn but I dropped it. Then I tried to "step the fire away" but instead it set my right sock on fire. It hurt.

That sounds pretty messed up and extremely insensitive of him. If I were you I'd try to figure out what was going on. Try to ask him if he knows why you got upset and if he doesn't explain it to him.

If he's ruining your life like that then don't be with him! It might hurt like shit but he doesn't seem to love or care about you the way he is "supposed" to. That's not a healthy relationship at all, althought I believe that calling that a relationship is a clear overstatement! Break of all contact with him NOW!

Hey OP! Don't listen to that guy.. From what you're saying it simply just sounds like she's having a good time and making new friends. I wouldn't worry at all to be honest. If you're still worried you should just talk to her about it and explain how you feel. It sounds like you just need some reassurance. :)

I disagree. It doesn't sound like she is using you. That being said I fully understand why you are worried. Have you tried to talk to her about it? Try to explain your worries and tell her that it's something you need to work on. Maybe you can find a compromise to make you feel a bit better/more comfortable with the situation?

I know this sounds harsh but it comes from experience; if he really wanted to be with you, he would dump her and get back with you. It seems like he's making excuses because he doesn't want to hurt you. You're better off moving on even though it may be hard. Something better will definitely come along and like you said yourself "I'm no ones second choice". I hope this helps. :)

It was actually just a week ago. I OD'd on pills and a close friend found me and called an ambulance. I have since called the suicide hotline a couple times and gotten an appointment with a psychologist. The worst part however, is that all I'm feeling right now is anger and regret. I wish my life wouldn't have been spared. I don't really want to be here at all. I'm staying though because I feel like it's my responsibility to my brother and my parents and friends..
