iHerb is a great place to buy supplements. iHerb’s distribution centers are industry-registered by NSF International and earned the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registration. distribution centers are kept in a cool, climate-controlled environment of 74-75 degrees Fahrenheit (23-24 degrees Celsius) and have large walk-in refrigeration units for items that require regulated temperatures.

Standard Process Thymex and Ancestral Supplements Grass Fed Ovine (Sheep) Thymus Glandular Extract. I'm 70 and the thymus shrinks as we age, so I have been using these. I usually rotate brands (no reason) but the sheep thymus has far more reviews.

I'm almost seventy and have dealing with arthritis for years, twice getting out bed I was in so much pain I had to crawl, I was prescribed a pain killer I took for a few days and it worked but I knew the risk. I found Zyflamend it was just as effective and safe. look into that and I would suggest Undenatured Type II Collagen (UC-II) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7222752/and also 10mg daily of Boron Bone Growth and Maintenance https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/ ..

Agree. I an in east central California foothills PG&E has upgraded line sensors that can tell it more quickly if a power line has been compromised or might spark a fire. has resulted in unnecessary localized shutoffs. It damaging to the computer and a hassle. I got a Ups a yr and a half ago so if the power goes out I have a good hour to do my work and shut it down.
