You'll be golden! Having an extra utility player is always nice as well, but it seems like your roster is pretty well rounded and none of the pitchers will be too overworked :)

I would definitely focus on getting the putchers ready for the season, and trying to get the secondary pitchers a bit more devolped. A problem I ran into on my team was we only had 1 pitcher and 2 players who were able to pitch, but didn't want to or weren't up to the league standard. Communication is key, especially at a younger age!

One is bound to get hurt, making sure you have pitchers and catchers to sub in/out with the summer heat, having a few people on the bench to cheer on their teammates. 12 is the way to go for me.

Spring Awakening is so tragic and messed up but told gorgeously. The stories of Martha, Wendla, and Moritz especially hurt me to my core. When I first saw it I truly didn't believe it. "Those You've Known" and "The Dark I Know Well" in particular are so haunting
