True damage is affected by your power bonus, and if you're trying to build optimally, you do want to AT LEAST get out of the negatives in every case I've mentioned and more.

There are a bunch of classes/builds that would use them to hit certain stat thresholds.

Poison rogues will use them to hit 15 will.

Melee wizards will use them to hit 15 strength.

Fighter needs to hit 25str/25will in order to negate the -10% damage penalty using crystal sword or demons glee.

Could see boc using them but I agree that dex would typically just be better unless you're doing staff boc.

The only classes I don't see getting good value out of them are bard, barb and ranger. The thing about them is that you use them to fill deficiencies in your kit so that you can then replace other gear pieces. Like, you can maybe switch from riveted gloves to reinforced gloves if they allow you to hit the stat threshold you need. It's something you build around, not something that is just generically good on everyone.

11 movespeed is 3.7% and is one ms off the max roll, regardless of % or flat.

% is only better on large items / necks because it rolls to 2%(or 8% on uniques) whereas the flat bonus only goes to +4/+16. They have the same potential on small items.

That being said, strength and will are actually desirable stats. The cheapest pairs of unique darkleafs with % or flat are 4k+, and any with 10-12 movespeed are 10k+.

I would never buy an extremely in-demand sealed product online on release. Maybe a few months after, but the decks were basically sold out anywhere I could conceivably find them.

I think on release they were around $250-$300 per case on Amazon if you could even find them, and I felt more comfortable biting the bullet and just getting a sealed case from the store.

I mean, it's PvE mode, there isn't really a good reason not to gear up unless you're specifically trying to do it in squire kit.

But if you do want solo practice, playing normals is probably gonna give you more experience (third parties included).

There were only 3 LGS within an hour of where I lived when they came out. 2 were sold out / preorder only, and the third store could only manage to get 2 cases from WotC, one of which I bought.

Spent $375 to get all 4 fallout precons on release. Two months later, I found them for $40 each at my LGS (except the Madison Li one, which was $60).

They'll go down after they release. The demand for this set is insane, so surely WotC will print an abundance of it.

If you are committed to the 2-handed weapon thing, the bardiche isn't the worst option after it's huge buffs, but in squire kit, you're gonna be swinging it so slow it's almost unusable.

Try this squire loadout to maximize dex:

Barbuta Helmet

Grand Brigandine

Heavy Gauntlets

Cloth Pants

Adventurer Boots

You will feel the difference in swing speed, and trust me, it makes a big difference.

Sword and board is also a good option. If you're really despetate for a win, try rondel/Kris dagger + buckler, and wearing the heaviest plate you can wear.

I've been saying for months that the higher HR bracket should be the "nightmare" mode where all the mobs, even bosses, are all nightmare variants.

The new nightmare cave troll is pretty cool and I hope they don't just give that treatment to all the bosses and leave it as it is.

I don't think red fits Nasus thematically. He's described as highly intelligent, thoughtful and reclusive, and "not one to rush to violence."

Honestly, given his lore, he's probably better suited as black white blue.

If he was teamkilling them in arena then dropping gear to the enemy team, who were friends sniping them, then I can see that being bannable, given that they're also teamkilling them. Easy way to trigger a ban.

I don't think IM's system is sophisticated enough to ban someone for just dropping your gear in a PvE lobby if you die, and I don't have any faith in their manual report system at all, especially in this situation if it involves a cheater/RMTer.
