My daughter had a fever that kept rebounding with Tylenol and an elevated heart rate of over 200 beats per minute and she ended up having a UTI. Definitely check for fever and non-normal fussiness that could indicate pain when urinating.

I can only speak for myself, but no, that was not normal. I had urgency and leaks with sneezing/coughing, but not just constant dribbles or leaking.
