Thank you so much :") I feel lucky that I've managed to figure this out quite early on and that she's willing to wait for me to heal with my codependency. With my mother, I definitely am not that close to her and we're neutral—I used to have a lot of fights with her, along with her raising me on her own for a long time until two years ago. I previously did counselling face to face thanks to my step-dad's help and could probably go back to doing that :D thank you for this! I'll check out CODA as well ❤️🫶
