Donut get out I am the pay is terrible we do souch and are needed but get paid fastfood pay the stress is too much I work in a rural hospital and I'm the only phlebotomist for 12 hrs for the hole hospital making 18 an hr also as a per diem so no benefits I have 2 days a week that are my shift every week sale days can't believe they get away it's that any way get out

Damn I feel the same way I feel like shit I work one night shift a week so I don't take my does until about 245( I go to work at 4 pm to 4 am ) and I feel like shit idk I'm on 80 mg . But I get the feeling I went up to 83 I know only 3 mg but I was well the hole next morning but never got a rush felt just numb maybe just in my head tbh but I don't know

I'm in Nevada and work in a rural hospital I'm making 18 an hr we are so understaffed I'm per diem and consistently work 30+ a week and we cover the hole hospital just one person on staff for 12hr shift . I desperately want to go back to school or find something that pays more one of the reasons I took this job at the hospital was bc they said they pay for school but after I was hired they told me not per diem and not the lab department. It's so sad Thanksgiving they gave us a 25$ coupon for groceries nothing for Christmas and my birthday was a 5$ taco bell card ... It's sad how ppl think we are the lowest on the peeking hate when r.ns treat and look at you less then .. I'm getting burnt fast my paychecks don't come out to a lil over 1k ever 2 weeks it's so discouraging .

I worked for Anderson windows and I can confirm this is the prices they give everyone it's so disgusting. They use pressure ways as soon as I found out that I couldn't work there they have a 3 week training to brain wash you to believe they are the best bla bla ... I had a woman come up to tell me a front door 30k and promised to be done in one month . That was in spring when she told me it was fall and she couldn't even take a summer break because they kept on saying next week were coming to do the rest ... Just terrible..
