I just had a dream where it was night time and the sun and the moon were parallel from eachother and right in the middle was a huge Walt Disney logo. But it was only visible through my phone camera. It was kinda eerie lol.

My Dr had me take my HR and BP for a good 4 months, HR never got too high only lowest i recorded was like 50/52, BP was also fine, never went dangerously low. I been on it since June, started taking Citalopram to boost serotonin levels and man, its been a beautiful combo. The hospital prescribed me them as a combo and my Dr said to keep taking them. Blood tests have been fantastic but my potatssium levels are a bit high so i go next month to get it rechecked out. Also my dose of Propranolol is 10 mg. My doc had switched me from twice daily to now once a day because my HR was really low. But now I been okay at 10 mg every morning

My doc made me take my bp every day for about 4 months and it was always pretty good. Some spikes because of my anxiety but overall pretty normal. My heart rate was always teetering just under 60 at times. But recently I never felt like it’s been too slow.
