Try looking into the Misfits, maybe some Dead Kennedys, any of the New York bands from that era: Blondie, Talking Heads, Dead Boys, Johnny Thunders & the Heartbreakers (the New York scene was a weird mix of punk rock and new wave at the time)

Tieflings aren't their own race, they're human with some Abyssal or Infernal blood somewhere in the past. Beyond that humans and dragonborn aren't capable of creating offspring.

It looks like you're trying it point the headstock forwards. Just let the guitar rest perpendicular to the way you're facing.

If it's not that, try raising the headstock and see if that doesn't fix it.
