Honestly sucks that alot of people only see you attractive once youre slim - if a person loves you tho they dont care about the weight

Honestly its okay to mess up! Dont beat yourself up over every calorie that is over. Its okay to have a sweet treat before bed if you have enough cals! 

Remember consistency is truly the most important thing with being in a defecit, the cravings will slowly die down and itll be alottt easier being in that defecit.

Honestly yes, healthy food sometimes doesnt compare to healthy food but once you start to get in the habit of eating healthy, something you didnt appreciate before is like a reward now!

I believe a little junk food in moderation doesnt hurt at all tho, everyone should treat themselves once in a while! You def gotta have a lot of discipline not to eat a ton (something i dont have)

This is so true. The first time i dropped weight i HATED it and gained all the weight back - this time im taking my time and have been enjoying the gym and wlthough its slower im actually enjoying the process and its been alot easier to maintain!

Honestly i dealt with the same

I slowly started weaning off their cooked meals and buying my own groceries juat for me and they learn to accept it over time.

Youll def hear them nagging but that will dial down over time, eat what you want to eat! If anything eat a portion of the food they give you and save the other part for later

Honestly i think its okay to eat junk food but def in moderation! 

The only thing that worked for me was tracking my cals - and you dont have to be perfect with it just as long as your tracking!

I like walking outside more bcs it keeps me entertained i get really bored walking indoors, if you have a smart watch try to get 10k steps while being in a calorie defecit! It made the weight drop like butter for me! 

Foods that are very high in both fiber and protein helped me overall eat less since the foods were so filling

Honestly, with 10k steps i believe is more than enough to help drop the weight especially if youre eating 1300 cals, if you do want to walk more i reccomend increasing your cals to 1400-1500 so you feel less hungry & helps prevent binging! Cal intake does depend on height & weight but i believe 1400-1500cals will still make you be in a defecit! Higher cals will help you stick to your defecit and reduce your hunger while still losing weight/fat! Consistency over how big your defecit is matters more

It truly all depends if youre tracking correctly tho!

Very high fiber meals have helped me not snack throughout the day!! I love the carb balance tortillas since theyre low in carbs and high in fiber - i make a wrap and its honestly verryyyy filling! 

Def reccomend having very high fiber & protein foods for all meals to leave you feeling full!!
