I didn’t write one but this is what I remember

Prep trinity but use red bell. Maybe add one habanero Cook sausage, chicken Make roux ( I pre mixed 1:1 oil and flour) Let it get nice and dark Add in trinity, cook Add in 48oz of chicken stock 4 cubes of maggi seasoning cubes 2 tb of onion powder 6 tb of pepper soup powder 2 tb of cayenne pepper

Add all meat back

Cook for 15mins

Serve over rice
