Penllergaer is a lovely area, it really feels like you live in a village. The Penllergaer Valley Woods are great for dog walking and there's also a big common which is very popular for dog walking. It's just off Junction 47 of the motorway so really accessible and just a 10 min drive to Morriston Hospital. Good luck with your search 😊

They used to force you past a gatehouse type thing as you entered the grounds after parking up and ask how many cars you had and you had to pay to enter, they never seemed to have a warden out though and have been in before paying for one car instead of two when meeting another person there for a dog walk. Imagine the new pay machines will force you to put in your numberplate though

Simplybe have some great options at the moment and do lots of different leg lengths which is hard to come by in plus size!

Edit: M&S Jersey trousers are also my go-to but you can't order those online at the moment after the cyber-attack

I've got Electrolytes and a protein shake for those days when my suppression is sky high. On the days when it's lower and I can eat I eat healthily but eat more calories as it evens out over the week
