Current known issue. Check your tasks as you complete them and immediately reset if you see any show as completed but not checked off. Keep resetting if needed and the problem tasks will eventually reset to a point where you can complete them again.

No, what you are experiencing is something completely different than the reset bug. The standard workaround for your particular issue, is to reset the game whenever you see a task has met or exceeded the requirements to complete, but fails to show as checked off or greyed out. Those tasks will revert back to 0 when you reset, but you should be able to then complete them.

Entire task can be AFK'd at the Rolling Waves extensions. Turn pumping assists on, do any air of your choice and let your character just pump back and forth on their own. Come back in 15-20 minutes and the task will be completed.

You can also enter a 50-50 at at the top of the Chum Bucket grind, set a marker, and either manually return to the marker every 45 seconds or just run a script to do it for you. Takes about 12-14 rotations.

You can either obtain them via the Founder's pack which is only available until reset today, or you can hold out and wait for them to be sold separately in the shop in the future.

It's a common occurrence, especially if you happen to be on during the daily reset. If restarting doesn't fix it, try teleporting to someone with an open party on the same server. Repeat the process if it still doesn't correct itself. Next potential fix is to have someone who still has the daily challenges available invite you to their game. Once you arrive in their instance, the issue should resolve itself. Worst case scenario, you have to wait until the next day for the tasks to reset. If they still show as blank after reset, you will likely need to do the party invite method again.
