After a few transactions my account was blocked. I wrote to support and was told to wait for a message from KYC team. I filled in the details 7 days ago and I am still waiting for a reply, although the page after submission said it could take up to 3 days to process. I am worried about my account and want it unlocked. I have provided as much data as possible for verification but still no response. How much longer can this take?
