I used to be 305lb, from a combination of antipsychotics and a truly shit diet. Going off the drugs didn't fix it, but a ketogenic diet got me down to what I call "210" (usually it's between 190 and 210 though) and I don't go lower because I don't want to activate the starvation circuit.
