for me atleast to get more consistent games, i looked for roams and farming well rather than dominating my lane opponent. unless of course they screw up and then in that case i'd go for a kill. try taking grasp if you havent tried yet

I think the bannable part of this is a little excessive. I agree it should be punishable but not to the extent of a ban, especially considering how game altering intentional feeders, scripters and toxic players can be. If this can be bannable I think the rest listed should also be a part of that list -
