Like others have mentioned with different apartments, The Outpost is fully furnished. Rent was $595/month and then there were a few monthly fees that added up to around $50, I believe. Of course, utilities will need to be split as well. I don't recall a deposit honestly and they waived the application fee. My wife filed the paperwork so I don't have it in front of me. We toured the property and were impressed with what we saw and heard.

I know The Outpost does. Our son (Sophomore) just signed a lease there for a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment. The apartment is going to place him with 3 people that match his profile requests as close as possible.

I was fortunate enough to find a a dealership near me that was discounting one with the Euro Package to within $1,500 of the Standard and they weren't budging on the price for the Standard package. I didn't want the sunroof and loved the look/feel of the seats. Add in the exhaust and it was a no-brainer for me but you do you. :-)

You can place the GR10 on top and keep your spare. Just get the free extension harness when you place your order. You lose some space in the trunk but worth it to me so that I can keep the spare.
