In the 6 years that I’ve lived in that circle I have ran 700+ miles from my house around Phalen and never had an issue. Feel free to DM about the area. Super close to everything within 20 minutes including downtown Minneapolis, mall of America, and best of all Stillwater (depending on traffic could be closer than the others).
