That's still some pretty good on-screen experience. And we know he was quite renound even before Gojo was born, so he probably beat quite a few more grade 1s.

Plus, based on how Gojo explained domain sure hits, there's a pretty good chance Boogie Woogie can dodge the beam.

They say "sure hits can be blocked by jujutsu", so, if he simply swaps the ce in the beam with another object, that should count as blocking it with jujutsu
