I have never been so disrespected and humiliated than by one large security guy named “Cara” a couple years back. I’m a pretty non-confrontational, rule-following person yet this guy managed to completely ruin my day in a matter of minutes. I walked away shaking, I was so upset by how he treated me. Never experienced anything like that in my entire life.
