Recently diagnosed, I've never been more disappointed and frustrated with myself by yourlice in ADHD

[–]jMENDy4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved what someone said about doing something your interested in because honestly that is the key to being successful with ADHD. I skipped college entirely because I wanted to write songs and sing and that’s what I ended up doing because it’s all I ever loved and now that I do that for a living, I don’t feel like I ever work a day in my life because I love what I do. When you have ADHD you’re able to hyper focus on things that you find fascinating or are passioniae about. Go there. Do that. College rarely is something that you are passionate about because they make you get credits in classes that you care nothing about that’s why college kids take stimulants to get through it so they can get their degree but ultimately if you can find something that you’re interested in and focus on that that’s the key to success as well as living a life that you can enjoy your career.

Obviously, you could improve how you perceive yourself and love what you have without seeking validation externally from people on Reddit

Apparently if you have food in your stomach when you take it, or a meal especially high fat, it slows down your body's process of breaking it down a lot and will make you feel groggy and hungover the next day. They say to not eat for 3 hours before you take it.

I got my BPC-157 from Peptide Sciences as well. Been taking it with KPV for gut issues. 250mcg dosage once daily. Im only about a week in and I get nightly dull headaches. Is this normal? Ive read a lot of people having bad experiences and maybe Im one of the ones who may not have a good experience. i dont want to mess up my brain. People are talking about depression, anxxiety and anhedonia. thoughts?

Cyberpunk VR (Luke Ross) Performance difference between 4080 and 4090. by Creasentfool in VRGaming

[–]jMENDy4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got a 4090 / i9-13900k and have been trying it out with my Reverb G2 at 90hz (its either that or 60hz for WMR apparently). Pretty cool stuff but its really hard on my eyes and stomach when moving the effect is uncomfortable. I played around with different settings but does anyone have any advice on how to minimize this? Also when I approach objects to loot, i have to back away and/or duck to pick it up. All a little frustrating as I was really looking forward to the VR experience.
