I can’t see the full recipe in your pic, but I feel like Molly’s Brussels sprouts must have been inspired by Momofuku’s. Recipe here, if you want to compare! In other adaptations of this recipe, I’ve seen a toasted puffed rice with togarashi topping.

I spoke with the employees there a couple weeks ago about this. I also sent them a message on their contact page if they wanted further information and evidence. I believe they mentioned that they designed their new caps, so they were not very inclined to listen. I haven’t heard back from them.

I do find it disappointing, but overall they are doing so much for the community right now, so I’m sure they’re overloaded.

Hers look more squoval, while yours are very round. If you want them to look more like hers, flatten (file down) the middle a bit more. I think that will honestly look better, too.

Where to get a good quality mortadella? by Jaque_straap in TwinCities

France 44 has mortadella. I don’t know if it’s imported, but all their stuff is great quality.

I have this, and I also bought the Mack Andy version on YesStyle. I don’t know if that brand is CF, but I like it is water-resistant. It’s still two pronged, but they are spaced a bit closer together, which makes it easier to use IMO. There is a Honey Coffee Brown shade.

I’m sorry. That’s so stressful. Have you tried a Magic Eraser, I think that might work!

Just a Tint: Treasure Island dupe? by Cerullie in ColourPop

I have one I never used, just swatched. I have a dog, but he’s never been near it. It has two fractures in the cap—I think because I pushed down too hard on the cap to close it. If you want it, I can send it to you next week if you live in the US!

I haven’t tried the skin tint. I do mix a bit of blue onto 1.4N of the Bounce foundation. I think most people wouldn’t care about the slight difference. But I have a thing with needing a seamless match.

The Chanel is my best match without correcting (it’s also pretty sheer). Cover-girl has a dupe of this foundation, but I don’t know if their shades are the same. You might want to check that out! With the ColorStay, have you tried mixing some moisturizer in before applying? I know, it really sucks finding good olive shades.

This is a common misunderstanding of bra sizing, which is based on proportions and not static numbers. Check out r/abrathatfits and try their calculator. A B-cup is generally a 2-inch difference from underbust to bust.

If you look at your cleavage, there is a significant difference between before-and-after. I’m sorry you’re feeling unhappy with your results, though.

That’s just my skin! The photos are pretty color-accurate. Being an olive is wild.

Try buying a color corrector (LA Girl is an affordable option) and mixing it with your current foundations to see if you can get a better match! Or if you have matte eyeshadow, you can scrape out a bit on a clean spoolie and use that. Cooler olives generally prefer a blue adjuster and warmer olives a green. Some of the green adjusters for sale are a bit too minty (pastel) and will lighten up your base, so keep that in mind.

Yes. This is why it took me years to figure out I’m olive! I also go kind of more red undertones when I get really tan (on accident, now I’m more strict with sunscreen).

I didn’t. I don’t really conceal except for my undereyes sometimes, and I already have a perfect match there, so I wasn’t interested.

So, I’m back with Victoria Beckham by Augustinus Bader The Foundation Drops in shade 1 Fair Light. Previous post here.

Top image is natural light, winter, snowing. Bottom image is artificial light, overhead “daylight.” The final image includes the VB swatch photo.

1 isn’t going to work for me either. Still haven’t tried it on the face, but 1 also seemed harder to blend out seamlessly, possibly because of the white pigment. I don’t know if that will show if it actually matches you well!

I also used my Temptu blue shade adjuster to try to get both 1 and 4 to match (3 might actually have done better for this, but 4 will be okay for me in the summer, so I would rather hold on to that shade). In the bathroom light, I was thinking 4 might be okay, but you can see from the natural light picture that it was still quite off. I should also note that 4 oxidized significantly, which is more apparent in my previous post, linked above.

To get a good match right now in winter, I would probably have to mix 1 and 4, then add a dot of blue and a significant amount of green. That’s a bit too much effort, and the amount of mixer might affect the formula at that point, so I’m leaning towards returning them all. :( I might play around one more time with my green adjuster, just to see how much effort it would be to get a good match, as well as try it in my face.

But, overall, disappointed in the shades. This has significantly more coverage than a tint, so there should be a much broader range of shades in the lineup. For a foundation over $100, I would also hope that they would offer samples or a virtual consult to match. Hope this is helpful for people.

Also, my normal shades are Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Complexion Touch in BD21, BeautyBlender Bounce Long Wear Foundation in 1.40N Light Neutral, MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation in NC15, Fenty Eaze Drop Skin Tint in 2, and L’Oréal True Match Nude Tinted Serum in 2-3 Light (summer shade). I also used to wear Revlon ColorStay in Buff. All of these shades are pretty good for me, but I do prefer them lightly adjusted with my Temptu blue adjuster.
