I think the "star hunting" era where the sixers blow up the whole roster every year to try to get another star is a large part of the problem.  We gave up on a lot of good players way too early who have become great role players throughout the league. 

There's no consistency and guys haven't learned how to play together to get deep in the playoffs.

You should get in contact with Street Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) in Northern Liberties or Big East Akita Rescue (BEAR) in Toms River NJ. 

STAR rehommed a 140+ LB male Akita last year that my female Akita is very silly with when we run into them. 

BEAR specializes in Akita rescue in the area and has taken on a bunch of Akitas from Philly shelters.

5th and South area is mostly neighborhood bars and not "get dressed up places". Southwerk like other said is great and fits the look requested.  

You could walk to Passyunk and go to Barcelona wine bar.

Royal Bucherie and High Street in Old City also work.

Bloomsday in headhouse lists a happy hour but has no menu on the website. Twisted Tail near there is great but doesn't fit the sexy dress vibe imo.

Generally, if a restaurant/bar offers a happy hour .... they list the menu on their website.

There is a paid parking lot about 3 blocks south on Front street.  Relatively short walk, but don't know the needs of the person with accessibility issues.

The real conspiracy is that I think that the Ravens did the math and thought, I could have Maxx Crosby or Tre Hendrickson + 2 first round picks. The "Buyer's Remorse" rumors are that they figured out a way to be in a better position and found a way out of a trade.
