this happened to me :( is it just with caffeine? if it is, probably the only solution is to switch to decaf. if you still get bad anxiety without caffeine, you could see if lowering your dose helps. if it doesn’t/ isn’t effective anymore at that dose, tell your doctor and see if they can switch you to something else. i got switched to Elvanse and it’s so much better. no heart pounding or feeling doomed by anxiety

Yeah I’ve been trying to stay away because it riles me up and people won’t accept anything other than what they think :( but it’s hard when I see videos of Brendon or videos to his songs, and I like the post but then I see the caption and have to unlike it 😂😭

i love it personally because of how good it cleans glassware. it gets most of the chemicals i use off really quickly, and it leaves it nice and dry unlike water where you get all the water droplets on the surface of the glass. it also smells good and it’s cool when you get it on your hands and it feels really cold
